The item looks good, the material is perfect. i haven't tried it yet. the arrive time was very fast

It's really great. At first I thought it was useless, but when I pulled the string to adjust the position, it felt very refreshing. I recommend it to people who often have a lot of neck muscles clumped together. The neck area doesn't get massaged as much as I expected.

The box was quite crushed, but the product is fine.
After using it, it works well... but it's really painful when you press it... It's okay at times, and everyone has their own way of dealing with it.

It's a good product for the price. The massage power is strong, but the battery life is a bit weak. It only works with batteries.

It feels like a really, really skilled physical therapist is massaging the back of my neck. 26w is so refreshing, highly recommended.

They need to improve the way they package the product; the box arrived broken, but fortunately the product arrived in good condition and is functional. It seems a bit small to me, but it meets what is stated.
Keep in mind that it may feel quite tight if you are a man; a women's collar or a smaller one fits better and seems to be more useful.

It seems a bit small for a man's neck or shoulders, but it's nice to use on a sofa to massage painful areas. It's very useful considering how cheap it was. Good, good!

It's really cool and works well. I feel like I got a good deal at a low price. The delivery was also really cool and it worked well. I thought it was wired, but it's wireless. Still, the power is good. At this price, I definitely recommend it.

It's not bad, but it's awkward to put on; you just need help to get it in the right position. Once properly positioned, it's quite tight. Super fast delivery with DHL from Germany to Spain.

Fast delivery, good product

Good, good, Sarah. If this is the performance at this price, it's a bargain.

It's really good. It seems to be no different from the product sold domestically for 100,000 won. I recommend it.

The one I bought is 20W, which is powerful enough. There's no need to buy a 26W one~ Don't really expect much from the heating function. The neck massage is definitely effective. It's rechargeable, so you can wear it while moving, which is nice. Similar ones on Coupang cost over 30,000 won. The only downside is that the stitching on the product isn't well finished. Anyway, if it's around 10,000 won, buy it quickly~

Nice product not very heavy and uncomfortable to hold does not fit on any neck

High quality and works great, I am very satisfied.

It's really good and I recommend buying size 26.
It feels like being pinched.
Please untie the tightly tied one. I recommend it. I like it.

It's good for the price and quite usable. As for durability, I'm not sure yet.
